Lectures at IGCC marking Rabindra Jayanti

Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre ( IGCC), Gulshan has arranged lectures of three distinguished speakers at the centre at 6:30 pm on Friday marking Rabindra Jayanti.

The lectures titled 'Myriad minded Tagore' will be on social, philosophical and poetic concerns of Tagore.

Hemal Shringla, spouse of Harsh Vardhan Shringla, High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh, will speak on 'Women protagonists in Tagore's novels'.

General Secretary of Rabindra Academy of Dhaka Bulbul Mahalanobish will speak on 'Rabindranath O Bishwa Manabata' – Tagore, the Humanist.

Newspaper columnist and prolific writer M.N Kundu will speak on 'Kobi Rabindranath' – Tagore, the Poet.
