Samsung has unveiled two new features for their J series 2016 edition of smartphones, ideal for the mobile data savers and motorbike users on the go – Ultra-data saving (UDS) and S Bike Mode, reports UNB.
These new features are available in all J3, J5 & J7 2016 Edition handsets.
The Ultra-Data Saving (UDS) mode in these devices let users to allow and block individual app from using mobile data and save data by enabling data optimization at the same time. By pressing the UDS icon, the user can switch on and off the mode directly from the menu. Ultra-Data Saving (UDS) mode will ensure data saving up to 50%.
Moreover, the special UDS mode enables RAM saving up to 11% and can save up to 40% in usage of any app. This mode can extend the data saving by up to 50% during video streaming. By visiting the news site/ app the UDS mode ensures data saving up to 40% and allows up to 30% data saving while browsing.
These newest editions of J series smartphones are equipped with S bike mode. While riding a bike, this latest mode will handle all the incoming calls. This unique mode works with the help of quick activation, urgent call alert system and motion lock.
Riders can mark a few contacts as important, so that they can be notified even while riding. In case the call is urgent, the caller may choose to press 1, which allows urgent calls to receive.
To encourage a secured communication, Motion Lock in S bike mode ensures that if the user decides to take an urgent incoming call, they will need to bring their vehicle to a halt to be able to answer it. Users will be able to see a log of call notifications received while S Bike Mode is enabled. A Smart Reply feature allows selected contacts to receive an automated SMS with an estimate of when the user is likely to be available for a call basis a trip destination entered by the user.
These features of Samsung Galaxy J 2016 Edition will help customers to live life with convenience, ease and security.
