4 more bullet-hit Rohingyas admitted to CMCH

Four more Rohingyas, including a woman, who have crossed border with bullet wounds, were admitted to Chittagong Medical College Hospital Saturday night.

The injured – Sirajunnesa, 28, Md Shaker, 27, Hossian Ali, 45, and Mohammad Abdullah, 20, -- were shifted to the hospital at 8:00 pm from Rohingya refugee camp hospital in Teknaf of Cox’s Bazar, said sub-inspector (SI) Zahirul Islam, in-charge of CMCH police outpost, reports UNB.

Of them, Sirajunnesa sustained bullet injuries in her both legs while Hossain Ali in his left knee, and Shaker and Abdullah suffered injuries in their chests, SI Zahirul added.

With the four, the total number of injured Rohingyas at CMCH stands at 77 since the Myanmar security forces launched the crackdown against Rohingyas of northern Rakhine State in Myanmar since August 24.
