5 die from fever, cold-related problems in Cumilla

Five people died from fever and cold-related problems at Cumilla Medical College Hospital in last 24 hours till Saturday morning.
Besides, a coronavirus patient died at the hospital during the period, said its assistant director Dr Sajeda Khatun.
She said 118 patients are undergoing treatment at the hospital with coronavirus and corona-related symptoms.
As of Friday, 86 patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus, taking the total cases to 4,310 in the district while 2,217 people recovered from the disease during the period.
Bangladesh on Friday reported 37 more deaths from coronavirus (COVID-19), mounting the total death toll to 2,275.
Besides, the total confirmed coronavirus cases in the country reached 178,443 as 2,949 new people were infected in the last 24 hours.
