Farmers will stage sit-in in front of DC offices across the country on May 23 demanding fair prices for their farm produces.
Bangladesh Krishak Samity (BKS) today announced the programme from a human-chain organised by BKS in front of the Jatiya Press Club in the morning.
"We’ll go on non-stop sit-in and observe nationwide road blockade programmes next month if our demands remain unmet," BKS general secretary Sazzad Jahir Chandan told the human chain.
